The horrific events stemming from the devastation Cyclone Nargis wreaked on Myanmar (Burma) have shocked the world. Tens of thousands dead and many more missing. Survivors threatened by lack of water, food and shelter. The possibility of horrendous outbreaks of cholera, typhoid and other diseases. Even in our compassion weary world this event has shocked us into action. Read more here.
