Anglicare's first Parish Grant
The Board of Anglicare Tasmania has recently established a Parish Grant Scheme to support parish-based projects that complement Anglicare's mission. Grants are available for amounts up to $3,000.
The Anglican Parish of Moonah was recently successful in their application for a Parish Grant to supply a meal for Tasmanians experiencing homelessness in the Glenorchy area.
The Parish has been given the grant based on the project's overall benefit to the people of Glenorchy and the project's ability to complement Anglicare's mission, which is to achieve social justice and to provide the opportunity for people in need to reach fullness of life.
