Winter is a significant season at Osterley.
Local resident Rhonda Weeding is often snowed in and so Spring is a warm and welcome change!
On 10 September Rhonda was joined by about 20 parishioners from the Parish of Hamilton for a 'Welcome to Spring' service at the little church of St James the Less, Osterley.
The weather and the fellowship were warm, and the service was ably led by Mrs Charlotte Pitt and the Revd Ellen Clark.
And of course, the afternoon tea was a fine example of legendary Derwent Valley hospitality!
