There were laughs and smiles all day on the Devonport church bus trip. Photo Tracey Muir
Raspberries, ducks and singing
The Anglican Church of Devonport had a bus trip in September and it was a great success.
We began, of course, in Devonport and travelled to the Raspberry Farm for morning tea and then on to the Museum at Deloraine and saw the silk yarn display before heading down the river in Deloraine for lunch.
The children fed the ducks and had a run along the banks and then we finished off with a sing along in the St Mark’s Anglican Church.
Along the way in the bus, we had competitions and sing a longs and lots and lots of laughs. I don’t think any of us stopped laughing and smiling the whole day, as can be seen in the photo.
